MURAKAMI MIDNIGHT RELEASE PARTY for 1Q84

We don't want you to have to wait any longer than is necessary to dig in to the much-anticipated latest Murakami novel -- that's why on the evening of Monday, October 24, Green Apple will stay open beyond our usual 10:30 pm closing time to celebrate this book and one of our favorite authors, and we'll start handing it out at the stroke of midnight. We've arranged for a taco truck to be out front from 9:30pm to 12:30am, and if you pre-purchase the book (any time between now and 11:59pm on October 24, either in the store or online), we'll give you a taco and a beer to hold you over until the book releases at midnight.
